What follows are teacher products from the 2007 Teaching with Primary Sources Summer Institute that was held at California University of Pennsylvania:
The purpose of the Summer Institute was to help teachers become aware of opportunities and possibilities that exist for using primary resource-based, interdisciplinary teaching techniques in the classroom.
During the week-long institute, experts helped teachers to develop mindsets that will make teaching more interesting, dynamic, and appealing to students, while at the same time covering mandated curricula and preparing students for standardized testing success.
